Principal Accountabilities
Manage a team of 50-70 call center officers, prepare monthly team schedules,
and track team performance.
Preparation of allocation files, target setting, productivity calculation, and
priority-wise case segregation for Cross-sell Officers.
Set monthly conversion and sales goals for each team member and ensure
target achievement.
Maintain the quality of work for the team as per company policy and
procedures.
Make strategic and operational planning decisions to achieve team
Performance effectively in terms of lead conversion and product penetration.
Generate detailed projections by preparing MIS for daily team achievement.
Monitor each unit's performance to ensure alignment with month-end sales
targets.
