Role Description

The General Manager – Operations will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality housekeeping services to clients. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, ensuring operational efficiencies, maintaining adherence to company standards, and fostering strong client relationships. Additional duties involve developing strategies to optimize resource utilization, monitoring budgets, and implementing processes to achieve cost savings for clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in operational planning, process optimization, and resource allocation
• Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in facility management, housekeeping, or related sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel within operational locations when needed
