- Manage a team of 50-70 call center officers, prepare monthly team schedules, and track team performance.
- Preparation of allocation files, target setting, productivity calculation, and priority-wise case segregation for Cross-sell Officers.
- Set monthly conversion and sales goals for each team member and ensure target achievement.
- Maintain the quality of work for the team as per company policy and procedures.
- Make strategic and operational planning decisions to achieve team performance effectively in terms of lead conversion and product penetration.
- Generate detailed projections by preparing MIS for daily team achievement.
- Monitor each unit's performance to ensure alignment with month-end sales targets.
