Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role Overview

As a Campus Ambassador, you will:

  • Promote IMAV courses within your college/university

  • Share your unique referral link with peers

  • Guide interested students about our programs

  • Help students enroll through official IMAV channels

  • Maintain monthly referral activity

This is a performance-based opportunity with commission incentives.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be:

  • Current students (Mandatory)

  • From one of the following backgrounds:

    • B.Tech / BE (Computer Science, IT, AI, ML, Electronics, Data Science, etc.)

    • BCA / MCA

    • BSc / MSc (Computer Science / IT / Data Science / AI)

    • Polytechnic Diploma (Computer Engineering / IT / Electronics / Related Fields)

    • Diploma in Computer Applications / IT / Electronics or equivalent

  • Must provide valid College ID

  • Strong communication skills

  • Active in campus networks

Only currently enrolled students are eligible.

Compensation Structure
  • ₹1,000 per confirmed student enrollment

  • Commission paid only for non-cancelled enrollments

  • Minimum 3 confirmed enrollments per month required to remain active

Performance Rewards
  • 15 confirmed enrollments → 1 Select IMAV Course Free

  • 30 confirmed enrollments → Certificate of Excellence

  • Top Performing Ambassadors → Director-Signed Letter of Recommendation

  • Opportunity for paid internship / leadership role (performance-based)



Requirements

Referral System
  • Each ambassador will receive a unique referral link/code

  • All enrollments must happen via official IMAV system

  • Ambassadors are NOT allowed to collect payments personally

Payment Terms
  • Commission is released after refund window closes

  • Payments processed monthly

  • Minimum payout threshold: ₹3,000

This is NOT an employment position.

Campus Ambassadors are classified as:

Independent Commission-Based Marketing Associates

  • No fixed salary / stipend

  • No employer-employee relationship

  • No PF, ESI, or employment benefits

  • Ambassadors are responsible for their own tax compliance

  • Digital Ambassador Agreement mandatory via Zoho Sign

Code of Conduct

Immediate termination of ambassador status if:

  • Fake enrollments are detected

  • Misuse of IMAV branding

  • Unauthorized discounts or promises

  • Personal collection of fees

  • Misrepresentation of courses or outcomes

  • Spamming or unethical marketing

IMAV reserves the right to revoke ambassador status at any time.


Interview Process
Stage 1: Application Screening

Candidates must:

  • Complete all pre-screening assessment questions

  • Provide valid college details

  • Agree to commission-based structure

  • Accept minimum 3 enrollments/month requirement

Only shortlisted candidates will move to the next round.

Stage 2: Mandatory Video Interview (Online)

Shortlisted candidates will attend a live video interview conducted by IMAV Team.

The interview will assess:

  • Communication skills

  • Confidence level

  • Understanding of the role

  • Ethical clarity

  • Sales mindset

  • Campus reach & influence ability

Candidates may be asked to:

  • Pitch IMAV course in 2 minutes

  • Handle a mock objection (e.g., It's too expensive)

  • Explain how they will generate first 3 enrollments

Failure to attend the video interview will lead to automatic rejection.

Stage 3: Final Selection & Agreement

Selected candidates will:

  • Submit valid college ID

  • Sign Digital Campus Ambassador Agreement via Zoho Sign

  • Receive unique referral link/code

  • Get access to official ambassador onboarding material

Only after agreement signing will ambassador status be activated.

Selection is strictly based on performance potential and communication ability. Submission of application does not guarantee selection.
