Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Design and execute end-to-end digital campaigns for the liabilities portfolio
Collaborate with cross-sell, marketing, and personalization teams for campaign rollout
Track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and optimize conversion funnels
Work closely with assisted channels to drive engagement and reduce drop-offs

Job Requirements:

MBA from Tier I/II institute with 5+ years in digital campaign execution within banking, NBFC, fintech, or consumer tech
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Proven track record of running high-impact digital campaigns
Strong communication and leadership abilities
