Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Conceptualisation:
- Lead creative ideation for brand campaigns, digital films, social content, and integrated brand experiences.
- Collaborate with strategy, content, and account teams to translate brand objectives into compelling narratives.
- Develop creative decks, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling routes that are strategic and culturally relevant.
- Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on involvement in scripting, copywriting, and art direction.
Team Leadership & Creative Direction:
- Oversee a team of writers, designers, and art directors to ensure creative consistency and excellence.
- Mentor junior creatives, providing direction and constructive feedback.
- Ensure all work is on-brand, on-brief, and meets creative standards.
- Review scripts, storyboards, campaign ideas, and final outputs before client presentations.
Production Collaboration:
- Work closely with production and post-production teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Participate in pre-production, casting, styling, and on-set creative supervision when required.
- Ensure creative integrity from script to final edit.
- Collaborate with directors, DOPs, and editors to align tone, look, and feel with brand intent.
Client Engagement & Presentations:
- Lead creative presentations and discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Build client confidence through strong storytelling, rationale, and creative vision.
- Partner with Business and Strategy teams to identify creative opportunities with existing clients.
Innovation & Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated with digital trends, content formats, and emerging platforms.
- Introduce new creative techniques, formats, and storytelling approaches to the team.
