This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Pune. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, explaining products or services clearly, and addressing customer inquiries. The Caller will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, documenting customer feedback, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets. Building rapport with customers and ensuring a positive experience will be a key part of this position.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage customers and deliver clear, concise information
• Proficient in building rapport and managing client relationships
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused approach
• Fluency in English and local languages of the Pune region is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; Bachelor's degree is a plus
