Tele caller

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Pune. The Telecaller will handle daily responsibilities such as making outbound calls to prospective or existing clients, providing details about company products and services, maintaining and updating customer records, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Telecaller will closely collaborate with the sales team to achieve customer acquisition targets.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with customers.
• Strong telephonic etiquette and customer handling abilities.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate client records.
• Sales and persuasion skills to promote services and close customer deals.
• Ability to work efficiently under targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role or customer service will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
