Job Description

We're seeking a confident and articulate Tele caller to connect with potential clients, follow up on leads, and support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging conversations, has a persuasive voice, and thrives on building relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

- Explain services/products to prospects and answer inquiries.

- Maintain a database of leads and follow-up regularly.

- Schedule appointments or demos where relevant.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign support.

- Provide feedback on call responses and customer queries.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, Marathi.

- Ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

- Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Should have a laptop
