This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller based in Mumbai. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients to communicate information about Trex Lighting Solutions products and services. This role involves answering inquiries, scheduling client meetings, following up on potential leads, maintaining accurate call records, and supporting the sales team in boosting customer engagement and satisfaction.

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Experience in customer outreach and client management
• Confidence in handling high call volumes and maintaining professionalism
• Basic data entry and report generation skills for record-keeping
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication tools
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecalling is advantageous
• Fluency in English and additional regional languages is an asset
