Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Thane. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to address client inquiries, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. Additionally, the role involves actively representing Goma Group's cutting-edge solutions and addressing client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Research and market analysis abilities to assess industry trends and client requirements.
  • Proficiency in preparing professional proposals, presentations, and maintaining sales documentation.
  • Communication, organizational, and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of the Dairy, Beverage, Pharma, or Oil & Gas industries is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software is an advantage.
