This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Caller at Sycoriaan Matrimonial Services Ltd. The role involves communicating with potential and existing clients to provide information about our services, understanding their requirements, and effectively managing client relations. Daily tasks include making calls, maintaining client records, handling inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Ability to manage client records, maintain attention to detail, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in handling inquiries, resolving client concerns, and understanding customer needs.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
• Experience in customer service, telecommunication, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Indian cultural and matrimonial practices is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in multiple Indian languages is desirable for interacting with diverse client groups.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or higher education is a plus.
