Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in sriperumbudur. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound queries, collecting information, providing detailed assistance to customers or clients, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. As a key part of the communication process, the Caller plays a crucial role in addressing concerns effectively and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in understanding customer needs and responding effectively
  • Ability to manage information accurately and maintain detailed records
  • Experience with telecommunication systems or prior customer service roles is advantageous
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Fluency in relevant languages based on the operational region (e.g., Tamil, English, or others)
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are beneficial
