Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Gurgaon. The Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, collecting and verifying customer information, resolving queries, providing support, and maintaining accurate customer records. Additional responsibilities include following up on leads, supporting loyalty programs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

Salary: 25K to 28K CTC
