Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in Gurgaon. The Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, collecting and verifying customer information, resolving queries, providing support, and maintaining accurate customer records. Additional responsibilities include following up on leads, supporting loyalty programs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
