Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ahmedabad. The Caller will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored digital marketing solutions offered by Digiting Media. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing detailed information about our services, and maintaining a professional and courteous communication style. The role also involves keeping accurate records of interactions and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage and persuade potential clients
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships over the phone
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to handle objections and provide appropriate responses
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field is advantageous
