We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing, audience targeting, and ROI optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower CPL
- Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets accordingly
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Track conversions using Pixel, GTM, and analytics tools
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with content and design team for creatives
