Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Healthcare Telecaller to sell Ayurvedic products through calling. The role involves lead generation, order confirmation, and customer & query handling. Basic healthcare (NDR) knowledge is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell Ayurvedic products via inbound & outbound calls

Explain product benefits and close orders

Confirm orders and generate new leads

Handle customer queries professionally

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year telecalling experience

Healthcare / Ayurvedic / Pharma background preferred

Basic healthcare knowledge mandatory

English & Hindi required (3rd language is a plus)
