Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller, located in Gurugram. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information on real estate properties, and addressing client inquiries. Duties include generating leads, scheduling appointments with prospects, maintaining customer databases, and following up to ensure successful communication. The role requires active telephonic interactions to represent the firm professionally and help clients access tailored real estate solutions.
Qualifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to address and engage with diverse clients.
- Experience in lead generation, client interaction, and appointment setting.
- Basic knowledge of real estate, property markets, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and maintaining customer databases is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client interactions.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowing additional regional languages is a plus.
- Experience working in the real estate or telecalling industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
