This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Senior Real Estate Sales Executive. The role involves leading sales efforts for the company's real estate projects, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property tours, and negotiating deals. The Senior Sales Executive will work to close transactions while ensuring customers receive exceptional service. The position requires market research, strategy development, and collaboration with the wider real estate and operational team to meet sales targets effectively.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
• Experience in Sales with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Effective Customer Service skills with a professional and client-focused approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in local real estate regulations and market dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in industrial or residential real estate will be a strong advantage
