This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caller based in Gurugram. The Caller will be responsible for communicating with clients or customers, offering information about products or services, resolving inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support the company's commitment to service excellence.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients or customers
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
• Organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions
• Proficiency in telecommunication platforms and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
