Call Center Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for the role of Team Manager ( Call Center) . The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, managing operational processes, monitoring performance metrics, and delivering training for team growth. Collaboration across departments to ensure efficient service delivery will also be essential.

• Strong team leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve their goals.
• Proficiency in sales operations, target setting, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to foster relationships with clients and team members.
• Experience in the financial services industry and a solid understanding of products such as home loans, life insurance, or general insurance is preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to track performance and implement process improvements.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software to manage operational tasks and data.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
