Job Description

Job Title: Call Center Agent (Night Shift)

Industry: HealthTech

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Work Type: Work from Office - Days a Week

Immediate Joiner Only

Experience Level: 6 month to 1 Years

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent with basic troubleshooting and password resolution experience.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts to support global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Support users with password resets and account access issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting (software/hardware/network issues)
  • Experience in password reset and account support processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or technical support role
  • Understanding of IT helpdesk processes is a plus
