Job Title: Testing and Tech Support Intern
Duration: 3 Months Internship (with potential for full-time conversion)
Work model: On-Site - 24X7 Rotational shift (Including night shift)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Testing and Tech Support Intern to join our deployment and support team. The intern will assist in testing robotic systems, performing troubleshooting activities, and providing technical support during deployments. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with robotics engineers, gain hands-on experience with real-world robot systems, and build a strong foundation in industrial robotics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in testing and validation of ANSCER mobile robot systems and features.
- Support robot deployments and on-site technical troubleshooting.
- Perform diagnostics, log analysis, and issue reproduction for hardware and software faults.
- Work with the engineering team to document and resolve technical issues.
- Support integration and communication between robot systems, PLCs, and other automation equipment.
- Contribute to creating test cases, reports, and documentation for quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure issue resolution.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Knowledge or understanding of how mobile robots, sensors, and navigation systems work.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial control logic.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good to Have(Bonus)
- Experience with Linux terminal commands and scripting.
- Basic understanding of ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Exposure to networking basics and robot connectivity.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and working in a fast-paced robotics environment.
Eligibility
- Polytechnic Diploma graduates or final year students in Mechanical, Computer science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Bachelor of Engineering students or B.E/B.Tech or recent graduates in Robotics, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields with little bit of Programming knowledge.
- Passionate about robotics and eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world deployments.
