Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent with basic troubleshooting and password resolution experience.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working night shifts to support global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with basic technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support users with password resets and account access issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting (software/hardware/network issues)
- Experience in password reset and account support processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or technical support role
- Understanding of IT helpdesk processes is a plus
