We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Café Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day café operations, including opening and closing procedures
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
Manage cash handling, billing, and daily financial reporting
Implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in café/restaurant management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good understanding of F&B operations and customer service standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory management
