Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cafe Sales role based in Hyderabad. The Cafe Sales Associate will oversee day-to-day cafe operations, manage food and beverage preparation and service, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and assist customers. The role also involves maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food Service techniques
• Knowledge and adherence to Food Safety standards and hygiene practices
• Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on client satisfaction and handling queries
• Understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu familiarity and inventory management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or similar environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food service are a plus
• Experience 7-10 years into cafe sales or food process
