Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Passenger Support Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable airport experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all passengers and airport staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at airport check-in counters, security checkpoints, and boarding gates
- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, baggage requirements, and other travel-related inquiries
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals, families with small children, and non-English speaking passengers
- Ensure compliance with airport security regulations and assist with security screenings as needed
- Monitor passenger flow and assist with crowd control to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other airport staff, including ground crew and airline personnel, to ensure efficient and timely operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with general airport duties as assigned Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Basic knowledge of airport operations and security procedures is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
