Location: Cox Town, Bangalore
We're looking for a Cafe Manager who can do more than run the floor.
We want someone who can read the room.
Someone who sees when a guest needs a warm smile or when a barista needs a hand steaming milk. Someone who knows the difference between being busy and being alive.
You'll be the bridge between kitchen, counter, and community — turning daily service into an act of art and care.
What You'll Do
- Lead our service team with confidence, humour, and kindness.
- Create a rhythm on the floor — service that flows, smiles that linger, and conversations that feel genuine.
- Work closely with our chefs and baristas to make sure food, coffee, and service tell one story.
- Keep the operations sharp: shift plans, back of house set up, and guest feedback.
- Anticipate needs before they're spoken — from a water refill to a team pep talk.
You'll Fit Right In If You
- Believe hospitality isn't about perfection — it's about connection.
- Know that a good sandwich can fix bad moods and good music can fix worse ones.
- Have 1-2 years of experience managing a café (but more importantly, you've loved doing it).
- Have basic experience with google sheets and POS handling.
- Can stay calm in the chaos.
- Are excited to grow with a brand that's growing — one sandwich, one story, one guest at a time.
The Vibe at Work
- You'll be working with a passionate kitchen (and pastry) team that lives and breathes craft.
- There are playlists, early mornings, regulars who know your name, and days that end with coffee and full hearts.
What You'll Get
- A leadership role in a creative, evolving hospitality brand.
- Freedom to experiment, to host, to bring ideas to the table.
- Competitive pay + performance bonuses
- Complimentary lunch and daily coffee/beverage.
- Health insurance coverage. Free medical checks and cashless insurance.
- Concert tickets
- Growth across our new outlets — if you want to build something lasting, this is the place.
