CAE Engineer (Crash and Safety Analyst)

Years of Experience - 8+ years in Crash and safety analysis

Location - Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform design concept evaluation studies for Full Vehicle Crash and Safety analysis for different load cases.

• Recommend design proposals to improve structural performance.

• Participate in the design reviews & support the designers with the design direction for safety performance improvements.

• Familiar with High-speed load cases such as small overlap (SORB), Full Rigid wall, 40% ODB, SIDE Impact etc,

• Knowledge on Battery Electric Vehicle will be an added advantage

Essential:

• Hands-on experience on LS DYNA/ ANSA / Hyper works / HM.

• Good understanding on Global Safety Regulations and third-party requirements.

• Able to handle the projects independently.

• Good in Root causing and providing design enablers.

Desirable:

• Experience with OEMs, participation in any one of the vehicle developments from concept.

• Exposure to the vehicle architecture.

• Exposure to Morphing and optimization are an added advantage.
