Key Responsibilities

• Perform explicit crash simulations (e.g., frontal, side, rear impact, rollover) using tools such as LS-DYNA .
• Evaluate structural integrity and occupant safety performance using virtual tools.
• Analyze airbag, seatbelt, and restraint systems performance.
• Interpret test requirements and correlate CAE results with physical crash test data.
• Prepare detailed CAE reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and customer reviews.
• Conduct model preparation, meshing, and boundary condition setup.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of LS-DYNA, HyperMesh, ANSA, or equivalent tools.

• Experience in dummy modeling (e.g., Hybrid III, EuroSID, etc.) and interpreting injury criteria (HIC, Nij, chest deflection).

• Familiarity with FMVSS, NCAP, ECE R94/95, or other global crash regulations.

• Experience in pre- and post-processing tools like HyperView, MetaPost, Animator, etc.

• Good understanding of vehicle structure, materials, and BIW design.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical engineering field.
