Cabin Stress Analysis

Technical Skills:

• Static Analysis with Airbus Methods and Procedures

• Hands-on experience on the Aircraft Cabin assemblies (Seating Areas, Overhead compartments, Lavatories, Galley, safety equipment, etc)

• Experience in understanding the layouts of Cabin Cargo components and Fuselage components

• Experience in understanding the CTS, PTS, STP, STR, SCA & QP documents

• Ability to interpret FEM results

• Hands-on execution experience on DFEM Creation, Validation and Post processing

• Hands-on execution experience on Metallic and composite primary/secondary structures

• Hands-on experience on IFL extraction & SSR creation

• Hands-on experience on STP creation

• Strong Fundamentals in hand calculations (e.g. HSB Methods) and strength of Materials (e.g. Brhun)

• Able to create calculation templates with aid of excel formula and VBA Macro

Tools Skills:

• Excel Based analytical calculation for Static

• Exposure to work with Scripts (VBA) /Macros

• HYPERWORKS for Preprocessing

• Patran or HYPERVIEW: Postprocessing of a FEM results

• VT3 for reviewing/authorizing/creating coversheets for the stress reports (Desirable)

• TreND/VPM/PASS to study the DS/ASSY of A/C structure and loading the corresponding DS/ASSY to CATIA (Desirable)
