The Successful Applicant

A successful DGM Settlements should have:

CA / MBA with 12 to 18 years of work experience
Strong knowledge of settlement processes and financial operations in the FMCG industry.
Proven expertise in compliance and risk management.
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
A solutions-oriented approach with attention to detail.
