C# Angular Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Team Lead to spearhead the development of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team of developers and quality engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely delivery, and adherence to Agile practices. This role demands a strong technical foundation in C#, Angular, and Azure, along with a proactive approach to mentoring and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers and Quality Engineer, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, Angular, SQL, LINQ, and Entity Framework.

• Design and deploy microservices on Azure using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.

• Driving Agile ceremonies include sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to refine features and align development with business goals.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

• Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.

• Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis and resolution.

• Promote continuous learning and innovation within the team, encouraging exploration of new technologies and approaches.

• Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives and contribute beyond core technical responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 9–13 years of experience in software development with proven leadership in full-stack projects.

• BE/BTech in Computer Engineering or relevant streams

Expertise in:

o Backend: C#, .NET Core, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework

o Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS

o Database: SQL Server

o Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.

• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies with a track record of delivering iterative and incremental value.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about mentoring, team empowerment, and driving results.

• Willingness to take initiative and ownership in areas beyond core expertise.
