Vehicle Integration Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Vehicle Integration Engineer with strong expertise in
SolidWorks and
sheet metal design. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle-level integration, ensuring proper fitment and design feasibility of components.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on vehicle integration and packaging using SolidWorks
- Design and develop sheet metal components
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks
- Perform fitment checks, interference analysis, and tolerance stack-up
- Ensure design feasibility considering manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design and development
- Prepare BOM and engineering documentation
- Support prototype build and validation activities
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of sheet metal design (mandatory)
- Experience in vehicle integration / automotive domain
- Understanding of GD&T
- Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes
Preferred (Optional)
- Experience in chassis / BIW / vehicle packaging
- Prototype development exposure
Education
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Note
Candidate should have
relevant experience in SolidWorks-based automotive design only.
