What Would You Do
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will:
- Develop a transformation vision for business processes and strategies.
- Assess vision feasibility and identify capability gaps.
- Plan journey management to drive transformation.
- Translate economic trends into industry-specific competitive advantages.
- Transform businesses to enable profitable and sustainable growth.
- Lead F&A domain transformation for global clients, leveraging LSS (Lean Six Sigma) approach and automation, standardization, platforms, and other enablers.
- Be flexible with work timing, including US timings, and work from office arrangements (100% flexibility).

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Problem Identification & Assessment: Identify and assess complex problems within your area of responsibility, proposing solutions where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Solution Creation: Develop solutions in situations where multiple factors are involved, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction set by senior management.
- Strategic Decision Making: Work independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and make decisions that have a significant impact on the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Client Interaction: Engage with senior management both at the client-side and within Accenture. This may involve presenting alternative approaches to challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team & Effort Management: Manage large to medium-sized teams or work efforts, ensuring alignment and delivery of transformation objectives.
- Autonomy: Act independently in making decisions related to business transformation processes while ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Shift Work: Be prepared for rotational shifts, as this role may require working during different time zones, including US timings.
