Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain, Devices and Services

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject-matter expert for supply chain processes, focusing on order management and fulfillment.
• Define and implement business solutions using custom and third-party systems in collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead and participate in systems implementation projects, delivering key documents like requirements and test execution.
• Provide ongoing support for mission-critical systems using IT and software engineering practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience designing and implementing Supply Chain systems across various domains.
• Experience in ERP systems, especially in eCommerce, order management, and fulfillment.
• Certification in APICS CSCP or CPIM is preferred, along with experience in large-scale ERP system deployment.
