Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and other methods to gather customer requirements.
• Identify and define scope and parameters for requirements analysis per project.
• Prioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and project team.
• Research, review, and improve requirements-gathering processes.
• Assist in product research to meet requirements and support purchasing decisions.
• Participate in QA to ensure solutions meet functional and business needs.
• Develop standard templates for requirements specifications.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements for developers.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide project teams.
• Conduct peer reviews of requirements for accuracy and completeness.
