Job Description:
- Relevant experience required 6 Months - 2 years working experience in Insurance domain .
- Gather and analyze business requirements specific to the insurance domain, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of invoicing and invoicing process.
- Understand and interpret internal software and application functionalities to assess their alignment with business needs.
- Perform in-depth analysis to develop a clear and comprehensive understanding of stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the offshore client team to gather requirements, validate feasibility, and coordinate implementation of non-technical changes aligned with business objectives.
- Support day-to-day business operations by performing accurate data entry and ensuring data integrity through cross-verification with source inputs.
- Document process workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of best practices and process enhancements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Education Qualification:
Minimum graduation - Maths/Stats/Actuarial preferred
