Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Management
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a professional and welcoming environment
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous manner
- Ensure reception is always organized, clean, and presentable
Visitor & Security Management
- Handle visitor check-ins and maintain accurate visitor records
- Issue security passes/badges as per company security protocols
- Conduct basic site induction for visitors and vendors when required
- Maintain records of visitor traffic and front desk activities
- Coordinate with security personnel and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Communication Handling
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Direct calls and visitors to appropriate departments or personnel
- Ensure professional telephone and communication etiquette at all times
Administrative Support
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage mail handling and service tickets efficiently
- Maintain accurate logs and records for daily front desk operations
Coordination & Support Activities
- Support internal coordination between departments for smooth operations
- Assist in managing service requests and front office-related queries
- Ensure timely escalation of security or operational concerns when required
