In the role of Executive Sales Support
, you will ensure seamless commercial operations by managing the end-of-the-end sales documentation and invoice process, directly enabling the timely delivery of products to our global customers of Semikron Danfoss.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for review of Customer orders their booking
- Responsible for sales coordination with customer and General Sales management –Invoicing through SAP and E- Invoicing using Government portal
- Responsible for Customer – local support the monthly review.
- Responsible for sending Proforma Invoice
- Preparation of documents for transaction through Bank or vide LC
- Responsible for handling product enquiries from various customers, quoting and forwarding them to distributors based on the business potential.
- Responsible for generating documents such as COC, WC as per customer requirement before material dispatch
- Responsible for sending dispatch details to customers
- Responsible for handling logistic complaints from customer
- Responsible for tracking customer payments received on Cheque on Delivery basis and generate a report.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with...
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales and related fields.
- Proficiency in SAP Hana and MS Office systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.
- Commercial awareness, specifically regarding Bank/LC transactions and E-Invoicing.
- A Graduate degree is must.
