- Technical Expertise: Demonstrating a deep understanding of the products, services, or systems being supported, and staying updated on changes and updates
- Communication: Communicating with customers via various channels, such as phone, email, live chat, or in-person, in a professional and courteous manner
- Documentation: Recording customer interactions, including the nature of the issue and the steps taken to resolve it
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining a strong knowledge of the company's products, services, or systems to provide accurate and effective support
- Training and Education: Assisting customers in understanding and effectively using the products or services by providing guidance and training
