Job Description

PMO Lead Prime Business Unit

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Reporting To: Vice President Prime BU

Role Purpose

Drive execution of strategic Sales & GTM programs for the Prime Business Unit. Act as the central PMO lead ensuring governance, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis: Build the route segmentation model to identify high-value opportunities & provide insights through data modelling and market research.
  • Program Governance: Supervise regional GTM programs across respective routes.
  • Execution Oversight: Build business dashboards, track KPIs, and enable leadership decision making.
  • Develop product strategies across Core & DPS for converting White Space accounts.

Skills & Competencies

  • 610 years in Strategy, Consulting, GTM, Channels, or Product Strategy
  • Strong analytical ability + comfort with data tools
  • Exposure to B2B tech, telecom, digital platforms, or SaaS preferred
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution end-to-end
