Job Description

Ideal Candidates: 1–6 yrs experience in International BPO

Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Rotational (5 days working, 2 days off)

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA Fixed + Performance Incentives + ₹1L Retention Bonus

Interview Mode: 3 rounds, all Virtual (Webex)

We're hiring Customer Support Associates (Inbound, US Process) for a global digital product environment based out of Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

What you'll do:

- Handle global customers via chat + calls

- Support billing, subscriptions & account queries

- Guide users on product usage & admin tools

- Identify upsell & renewal opportunities

- Deliver top-notch customer experience

Who should apply:

- 1–6 yrs experience in International BPO / Sales / Customer Support

- Exposure to SaaS / Digital / Tech environments is a big plus

- Strong communication (Global English – C1 level)

- Open to rotational shifts
