Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between business teams and RPA/Automation developers.
• Analyse and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Gather and validate requirements, ensuring clarity for technical implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on process improvements.
• Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards for automated solutions.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement post-implementation.
• Drive faster issue resolution and enhance user experience.
• Strengthen customer engagement through proactive communication and support.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
