Summary
As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing new business processes. You will create documentation to guide the implementation of processes and technologies, partner with the business to define product requirements, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep domain expertise.
- Collaborate and manage the team to ensure efficient performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and provide strategic guidance.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical business decisions.
- Provide solutions for both immediate team challenges and larger organizational issues.
- Develop innovative business process solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have:
- Proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
- Good to Have:
- Experience with React.js.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis.
- Knowledge of process modeling and documentation tools.
- Experience in business process reengineering.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information
- The candidate must have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in GuideWire PolicyCenter.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
