Project Role Description:

Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Experience Required:

Minimum 7.5 years

Educational Qualification:

15 years of full-time education

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes, creating documentation for the implementation of new processes and technologies. You will partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, participating in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop innovative business process solutions.
• Conduct process improvement initiatives.
• Lead process design workshops.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis.
• Experience in defining product requirements.
• Knowledge of user and task analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience in process documentation.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
