About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Business Operator to join our core team and drive execution across our portfolio of businesses. This is a true 0-to-100 role where you will take full accountability for operations, metrics, and scaling while working hand-in-hand with the founder. You will be the operational backbone that ensures our companies run smoothly, hit their targets, and scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and weekly operating rhythm across multiple portfolio companies.
• Drive revenue growth, cashflow, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate between product, growth, and tech teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Manage key metrics including MRR, churn, activation, and cost optimization.
• Build and enforce systems, SOPs, and accountability frameworks.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development as we scale the portfolio.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and insights for the founder.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6+ years of operations or general management experience in fast-growing SaaS, fintech, or DTC companies.
• Proven track record of scaling operations and hitting revenue/cashflow targets.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented, ownership mindset.
• Comfortable in a high-intensity, founder-led environment with high standards and fast pace.
• First-principles thinker who brings solutions and thrives in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
