We are growing fast and building systems that help businesses scale smarter with Al.Role Description This is a remote role for Founder's Office - Operations & Systems at Phaze Al.
You will work directly with the founder as a second brain, helping turn ideas into structured systems and ensuring execution happens smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Turning ideas into clear tasks, workflows, and systems
• Managing Notion, documentation, and internal operations
• Handling and qualifying incoming leads
• Coordinating with developers and interns
• Bringing structure to chaotic tasks and improving daily execution
What You'll Do
• Build and improve internal systems (Notion, workflows, ops)
• Take ownership and execute tasks end-to-end
• Break down messy problems into clear action steps
• Communicate with the team and keep everything aligned
• Identify inefficiencies and fix them proactively
• Use Al tools to move faster (bonus, not required) Who This Is For
• Someone who enjoys organizing chaos and building systems
• Fresher or 1-2 years experience in operations / management
• Strong execution mindset (you get things done)
