Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Operations Manager with 3+ years of experience to oversee end-to-end operations, drive efficiency, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across properties. The role requires strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and cross-functional coordination to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency, revenue optimization, and customer/tenant satisfaction across assigned properties.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders; resolve escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and improve occupancy rates, service quality, and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Manage and supervise on-ground staff and third-party vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Handle emergency situations effectively and ensure minimal operational disruption.
  • Analyze operational data and generate insights to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • Ensure proper functioning of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Streamline workflows and implement process improvements for better efficiency and scalability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, property management, or business operations

Location: Chennai & Coimbatore

Compensation: 4.0 – 5.0 LPA (Based on experience) + Incentives + Accommodation
