What you'll do
- Manageday-to-day marketplace & D2C operationsacross Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and more.
- OwnMIS, reconciliations, order flows, and coordinationacross internal and external teams.
- Usedata and automationto improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.
- Work closely with catalog, growth, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify gaps and supportprocess improvements as the business scales.
Who we're looking for
- 02 yearsexperience in operations, e-commerce, or analytics.
- Strong withExcel/Google Sheetsand structured problem-solving.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based inGurugram(In-office Role).
- MBA (Preferred not mandatory.
